Client Brief To design a quality mixed use building, with offices below, and up market residential penthouses at roof level.

Parlante Solution Parlante designed a building with two levels of office comprising four unit titles, along with a level of penthouse apartments, maximising the potential of the site. It was intended that the penthouses enjoyed large decks with views over the adjacent river, at the same time taking advantage of the sun angles to provide light and airy spaces. Urban design issues had to be resolved with residential neighbours on one side and commercial on the other. This resulted in a building that acknowledged both neighbours requirements, while providing the client with a building design that exceeded their expectations.
