Parlante Solution The site is opposite Waitamata Plaza and is highly visible. To maximise the area by following the curved shape of the site along the road frontage ideal for a corner site, helping the façade flow and connect the buildings to either side, adding interest and texture to the building and the urban fabric in the viaduct area of Auckland.

The proximity to the water front presented a challenge given the extremely high but not unexpected water table. In order to ensure the occupiers prestige conveyances remained land based, a twin skinned, mid drained float activated pump system was developed and installed. The use of the charcoal aluminium composite exterior panel system also presented installation challenges due to the double curves involved in some sections.
